DPF filter cleaning agent
DPF Active Matic – is a low alkaline, professional agent for DPF cleaning.
Low-sudsing
in machines for cleaning in closed systems of the working fluid circulation, this element is necessary. It enables independent operation of the machine, without constant removal of foam or extinguishing its excess with a skimmer. Safe for the water pump in which the excess of foam could easily damage it.
Safe for catalytic coating of DPF filter ( alkali-sensitive)
DPF insert channels are covered with alumina and cerium oxides being the foundation for platinum particles (platinum chloride and derivative organometallic compounds, that is what constitutes the catalyst of the reaction). Platinum particles catalyze the oxidation of CO to CO2 and NO to NO2. Owing to that, the oxidation of soot in the presence of NO2 can occur in much lower temperatures in the range from 250 ° C do 400 ° C. Our agent, DPF Active Matic, does not impair catalytic coating, contrary to most agents available on the market.

Recently, numerous preparations have appeared on the market, offered as agents for cleaning DPF filters. Unfortunately, the majority of them damage the catalytic coating of the filter insert.
Our company buys and tests such agents on a current basis. The results are disastrous.
The cleaning effectiveness of such preparations, due to their aggressive reaction (acidic or alkaline) is very high, however, they burn up (dissolve) alumina, the element of the filter insert. Quite often such preparations were previously sold as agents for cleaning engines from oil deposits. Their high effectiveness conduces some producers to offer them now with a new label. Elements of engine coatings differ considerably from a delicate catalytic coating of DPF inserts.
We can easily prove safety of our preparation to the customer by applying comparative tests.
